">We're seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Emea.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting and reconciling incoming payments on a worldwide basis.
This role ensures timely and accurate cash postings and assists in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports.
Key responsibilities include creating and posting journal entries, ensuring month-end/quarter-end close deadlines are met, and assisting with company acquisitions.
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities.
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with 3+ years of experience in account receivables.
In this role, you'll work closely with treasury, sales support, customers, customer service, revenue accounting, and outsource vendors.
As an AR Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining receivables sub-ledgers and supporting schedules.
You'll also assist in the creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and reports.
The position involves process cash received from employees for option exercises and post non-AR checks to the general ledger.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external auditors are essential.
