The Test Centre Administrator will be responsible for supervising test candidates to ensure the efficient invigilation and execution of tests at Prometric test centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving test candidates and test centre visitors upon arrival.
- Taking required security/verification precautions of test candidates on arrival.
- Monitoring candidates during tests to ensure a secure testing environment.
- SIGNING TEST CANDIDATES IN/OUT OF THE TESTING ROOM
- Filing irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints.
- Providing security at the testing facility.
- Operating computer hardware and other test centre equipment.
- Supporting operations and technical personnel with data communications.
- Operating a DVR digital camera telephone system and alarm system as and when required.
- Participating in Prometric quality assurance audit programs and other company exercises and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Flexibility regarding hours.
- Covering in other test centers if required.
