About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional to lead our litigation and disputes team in EMEA and APAC as Head of Litigation and Disputes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex cross-border disputes, developing strategic litigation plans, and advising senior executives on key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team of litigators across various countries in EMEA and APAC.
  • Developing and implementing litigation strategies across the region, working closely with external counsel as needed.
  • Partnering with other teams within the Global Legal group, including government relations and communications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction or in the UK, with experience in civil and common law systems.
  • Extensive experience in litigation, including leadership in complex and high-value claims, cross-border litigation, consumer and technology-related disputes, privacy disputes, and IP-related litigation.
  • Significant experience in-house at a technology company or in a related industry, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in working closely with and advising senior executives.
  • Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
