At the forefront of a leading FMCG manufacturer, we are seeking an exceptional Stores Operations Manager. This esteemed opportunity will allow you to contribute significantly to the success of our state-of-the-art factory in Carrickmacross.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Stores team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through proactive training, coaching, and risk management.
  • Deliver production stream objectives aligned to business strategy and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement using OPEX/CI tools to reduce waste and improve reliability.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse data, and resolve issues through structured problem-solving.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimise labour, waste, and OEE performance.
  • Lead projects, support audits, and engage with customers where required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong background in health & safety compliance and promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Practical experience with continuous improvement / OPEX tools (e.g., Lean, 5 S, structured problem-solving).
  • Experience in process optimisation, waste reduction, and improving OEE.
  • Confident in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Skilled in performance management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Work Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 12:00 midnight - 7:30am, Friday: 10:00pm - 7:30am
