About the Role

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automation solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  • Configuring and supporting Foxboro DCS applications and software
  • Executing test cases and reviewing functional/design requirements
  • Maintaining documentation for control systems and ensuring compliance with client quality standards

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Engineer with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing, GAMP lifecycle, and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Experience with DCS or PLC batch software design on SI or site-based projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with management and engineering functions
  • Multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical, or Bio-Process Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer/Control Systems Engineer or Software Engineer.
