Job Overview

This role is pivotal in implementing data governance standards, policies and procedures into business operations.

You will be a site expert on Data Governance, supporting the Regeneron IOPS Data Governance and Integrity program by ensuring seamless integration of data quality principles across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance Implementation
    • Implementing data governance standards, policies, and procedures within allocated areas of the business to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborating with allocated business units as the key DG contact to provide support and advice on prioritizing and executing data governance initiatives.
  • Policies and Processes
    • Evaluating and refining existing policies and processes to align with organizational goals and industry regulations.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conducting regular data audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
  • Culture Development
    • Fostering a culture of quality and data governance throughout the organization by promoting awareness and importance of data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Regulatory Knowledge
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, FDA, EMA, WHO) and guidelines.
  • Policy Management
    • Proven success in implementing and managing policies in regulated environments.
