Park Recruit is seeking a skilled HV Electrical Tender Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating tender processes, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with commercial terms and conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tender processes, manage risks, and ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and submission.
  • Develop allowances for project preliminaries, discuss construction sequences, and establish timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections, document findings, and incorporate them into tender pricing.
  • Prepare tender build-ups, coordinate meetings, and review pricing before submission.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, negotiate terms, and optimize project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in tender coordination or Estimating in HV & Renewable electrical projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in pricing projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively within a team while being capable of independent work.
  • Strong grasp of commercial terms and conditions, and experience in negotiating terms.
