Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of the AWS Marketplace platform, creating and managing AWS Private Offers for customers, and maintaining over $2B in total contract value for customers who have previously purchased through the AWS Marketplace.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Perform daily operations for the AWS Marketplace, including creating and amending Private Offers, updating product listings and usage dimensions, and participating in cross-functional workshops for strategic projects.">
  • Represent Quote to Cash as a stakeholder and trusted advisor for all of Revenue Operations, applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make recommendations and resolve issues.">
  • Develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash process flows and enablement materials, working on high-visibility projects and initiatives that transform the way we do business.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • BA/BS degree required.">
  • Understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle and cloud Marketplaces.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious mindset and a demonstrated ability for critical thinking.">
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines.">
  • Able to communicate effectively and document decisions in a clear and concise manner.">

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of process documentation software, Google Sheets or project management software.">
  • Experience related to CPQ or Order Management Systems.">
  • Experience with selling on cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Marketplace).">
