Overview:
A leading technology-driven organization working on cutting-edge AI software solutions is seeking a QA Automation Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to highly innovative products by ensuring the highest standards of software quality through advanced automation practices.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on automation expertise and a collaborative mindset. You'll play a key role in building and optimizing test automation frameworks, improving test coverage, and contributing to the overall QA strategy in a fast-paced, AI-focused development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend systems.

Build scalable, reusable test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA peers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.

Guide QA best practices, particularly in automation, across cross-functional teams.

Analyze test results and drive root cause analysis for defects and failures.

Ensure testing strategies align with scalable, secure, and high-performance software development.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ in test automation.

Strong hands-on skills with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.

Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Experience with API testing using Postman, REST-assured, or similar tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Comfortable working in fast-moving environments focused on innovation and quality.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience working on AI, ML, or data-intensive software platforms.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or Gatling.

ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.
