Senior Conference Manager

This is a great, hybrid role for a highly experienced Conference/Project Manager working within the company’s global team. The Senior Conference Manager acts as lead on delivering large, international events while also mentoring and developing junior colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Managing full event life cycle on time, within budget and meeting client expectations Supplier relationships Client relationships Global travel for client meetings, site inspections and live event delivery Post event follow up Overseeing registration & delegate services (registration websites/portals/event apps, reconciling registration payments etc) Ensuring sound financial management of all events Account development: relationship building with existing clients as well as sourcing new business opportunities The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the domestic (Irish) or global corporate meetings and events space. You will also have/be: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills A natural team player capable of inspiring confidence in both clients and colleagues Client and results-focussed Natural, proactive approach to achieving results Passionate about delivering excellent results for clients and flexible in solutions focus Fluency in written and spoken English Strong attention to detail with an eye for execution Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a high level of computer/IT literacy Experience with registration systems/other systems an advantage (Aventri/Cvent/Event Pro/WordPress etc) For more detail on this senior level role, get in touch with us today
