The Work Ready, Release Ready (WRRR) Program supports prisoners and prior offenders to reintegrate into the community successfully and find suitable and sustainable employment and desist from offending behaivour.Due to the overrepresentation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the criminal justice system, a key focus of the program is providing culturally competent and safe support to this community. First Nations people represent up to 40% of overall program participants.The WRRR Administrator role will support the achievement of the program objectives through the delivery of effective data, administrative and Post Placement Support functions. Ensure timely reporting and communication to key stakeholders and support the Senior Justice Programs Manager or Industry Pathway Co-ordinator to coordinate other program requirements as required. Provide administrative support to the Industry Pathway Coordinator and Work Ready Release Ready Employment Brokers and support in the delivery of the Employer and Industry stream model. This role is being offered on a part time 20 hours per week, ongoing basis with flexibility to be based at either our Kilkenny, Gawler or Salisbury site. We’ll provide comprehensive training, and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Community Services after successfully completing probation.About YouAbility to assist the program in achieving its performance and compliance objectives through general Administrative support of the program including file maintenance, data entry and keeping customer records accurate;Supporting the timely and accurate delivery of the program’s reporting requirements internally and to Government;Provide support in the analysis of data and preparation of reports for tailored purposes;Ability to manage and deliver Post Placement Support to participants in the Employment Phase and in the community to promote sustainability and long term outcomes, including the preparation of documentary evidence (payroll);Ability to submit Employment bonus claims for review to Government;Professional and regular communication with the Department for Correctional Services (including the various Prison facilities).Assistance with coordinating the quarterly Aboriginal Advisory Group.Support continuous improvement strategies and implementation;Ability to support the internal delivery and government reports in accordance with defined timeframes;Must hold current driver’s licence and possess a willingness to undertake interstate/interstate travel as required; andCertificate IV in a related field e.g. Community Services, Criminology, Social Sciences, Business, and Management (desirable, but not essential).The Application Process If you progress through our screening process, there are a few other requirements which we’ll need for you to obtain as follows (at Workskil Australia’s cost): National Police Clearance Working Rights Check Vulnerable Persons CheckWant to know more about Workskil Australia?
