The role:

Design and develop AI/ML models and scalable solutions using LLMs, NLP, and deep learningFine-tune prompts and models to align with user needs and business goalsIntegrate AI into enterprise systems and workflowsLead data workflows, deployment, testing, and support for production-ready AICollaborate across teams on product design, prototyping, and continuous optimisationContribute to strategy, documentation, and market research.

Experience required:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorchStrong cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and experience with Kubernetes, Helm, DockerExperience building ML pipelines, deploying LLMs, and working with large-scale dataSolid computer science background in algorithms and software designExcellent communication, problem-solving skills, and business awareness.
