Senior MEP Technician - LimerickOffice/Project Location: LimerickEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office BasedPay: €45k - €55k per year Experience: 3+yearVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur Client is a leading Registered Consulting Engineering Practice specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services EngineeringAs an Senior Revit/AutoCAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects. Utilising your expertise in AutoCAD & Revit software, you will create detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications. Working closely with our engineering team, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception to completionProduce accurate and detailed drawings using Revit/AutoCAD software, including mechanical and electrical layouts, schematics, and plans.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.Ensure that drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.Conduct clash detection analysis and provide solutions to optimise coordination between various disciplines.Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders.Maintain organized documentation of drawings and project filesSupport the project team by providing technical assistance and solutions as needed.Requirements5+ years’ experience working in the role of BIM & CAD Technician within a team of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or DesignRevit/CAD CertifiedPrevious experience as a Revit/CAD TechnicianAbility to work individually and as part of a team.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to CAD implementation.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.PackageSalary €45k - €55k negotiable for the right candidateFull time permanent positionPension Contribution
