About Intelligent Automation Team

Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions and products by leveraging a variety of emerging technologies. These technologies epass Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, APIs, and Cloud Services.

Job Duties in Brief:
Client Meetings: Work closely with clients and business to assess client AI needs and identify solutions best suited to meet client needs Business Development: Actively participate in client pitches and other sales activities effectively demonstrating andmunicating Citco's AI expertise and capabilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, product owners and IT teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver AI solutions that drive value Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, driving the successful delivery of projects from concept to deployment Develop AI Models: Design, build, and optimize AI models and algorithms tailored to financial applications AI Integration: Implement AI solutions into existing business systems/processes to improve functionality and efficiency Data Management: Oversee data preprocessing, feature engineering, and infrastructure setup for AI model deployments Monitoring & Maintenance: Deploy models into production environments and ensure their continuous performance through updates and refinements Research & Development: Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for emerging business challenges Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for model design, development, and deployment, ensuring transparency, scalability, maintainability, and performance Documentation: Create detailed documentation for architectural designs, solutionponents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and automated processes Project Reporting: Provide input to project reports to confirm their accuracy and maintain consistentmunication Change Management: Engage with internal stakeholders tomunicate the benefits and implications of client and internal transformative AI initiatives Qualifications

About You:
Degree inputer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's or preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assessplex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior AI/ML engineers Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a track record of successfully deployed AI solution Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with the latest NLP techniques, including vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, and RAG Knowledge of MLOps practices Knowledge of financial products and hedge, private equity, real assets fund administration beneficial Ability to influence and persuade What is in for you?
