Project Manager Consultant – CAPEX Projects (Limerick Site)
Lead and deliver large-scale biopharma CAPEX projects on-site in Limerick, managing all phases from planning to commissioning. Ensure project success through coordination, compliance, and continuous stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for CAPEX initiatives.Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure alignment with project goals.Drive a proactive safety and quality culture throughout the project lifecycle.Track milestones and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.Facilitate collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams.Manage project budgets with strict cost control and financial reporting.Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, aligning efforts with project objectives.Enforce regulatory compliance and maintain company standards.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies; conduct regular risk assessments.Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects, ideally in the biopharma sector.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.Excellent budget management and financial reporting capabilities.In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams.#LI-MS2
