Reperio is seeking a Business Analyst to join a global technology leader's Life & Pensions practice. You'll work with product owners, developers, testers, and domain leaders to design, deliver, and support digital solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Lead workshops, process mapping, and requirements playback.Create BRDs, functional specs, and user stories; refine backlog.Translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions.Support UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.Contribute to change management activities (training, comms, migration).

Requirements:

Proven BA experience within financial services, ideally Life & Pensions.Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).Expertise in process mapping and documenting as-is/to-be scenarios.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Degree in Business, Finance, Data, or IT.Desirable: BA certifications, IT qualifications, or Life & Pensions domain knowledge.
