Business Analyst - Life & Pensions 186096 Desired skills: Business Analysis, Life & Pensions, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, Process Mapping, UAT HybridReperio is seeking a Business Analyst to join a global technology leader's Life & Pensions practice. You'll work with product owners, developers, testers, and domain leaders to design, deliver, and support digital solutions that align with strategic business goals.Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Lead workshops, process mapping, and requirements playback.Create BRDs, functional specs, and user stories; refine backlog.Translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions.Support UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.Contribute to change management activities (training, comms, migration).Requirements:Proven BA experience within financial services, ideally Life & Pensions.Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).Expertise in process mapping and documenting as-is/to-be scenarios.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Degree in Business, Finance, Data, or IT.Desirable: BA certifications, IT qualifications, or Life & Pensions domain knowledge.Benefits:Competitive salary with annual review.Hybrid model with strong work-life balance.Pension, healthcare, and professional development support.Opportunity to work on large-scale transformation projects.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
