Junior IT Field Engineer - Co. Mayo

My client, one of Europe’s leading innovators in Retail & Hospitality Technology, seeks to hire a motivated IT graduate to work within its Systems division. The successful candidates will be responsible for the Installation and ongoing technical support of EPOS Systems for client companies. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity into an IT career which would ideally suit someone with a retail/hospitality background looking to progress their career in a growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Installation, configuration, and user training on Retail and Hospitality IT Systems.

·Technical support of the IT systems, both on-site and remotely via the Support Centre.

REQUIREMENTS

·Interest in computer hardware and software, and a willingness to learn.

·Proven track record in IT.

·Experience in Retail / Hospitality IT Systems or EPoS an advantage but not essential.

·3rd level IT level 6 qualification preferable but not essential.

·Must be customer focused with good verbal communication skills.

· Driving licence essential.
