Job Description; Flexsource are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for our Client based in Clonshaugh Business Park, Coolock Dublin 17. My client is an Online Retail Distribution company based in Coolock. They are currently looking to add a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to their busy Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast-paced company, have picking/packing experience and be flexible with working days and times. Title; Warehouse Operative  Key Responsibilities; Intake and put away of goodsPrint off pick sheet, pick items as per pick sheet from allocated aislesPicking products such as clothing, shoes and fashion accessoriesLoading picked goods into carts and bringing them to packing stationsScanning picked goods into system and printing off appropriate labelsPacking clothing neatly into packaging and putting correct label onto correct packagingEnsuring that items are picked/packed accurately and moved to dispatch location, ready for courier collectionReaching pick/pack rates set out by management, always trying to exceed KPIsWorking as part of a team but also on own initiativeLiaising with Management and other team membersFollowing direction of Management and undertake all other tasks as reasonably as requested by management  Key Requirements; Previous experience with picking/packing in a Warehouse environmentFlexibility with shift hoursAbility to work with others and follow directionBe enthusiastic, eager and self-motivated, have a good work ethicGood written and communicative English is requiredManual Handling certificate is desirablePunctuality, attendance and appearance at workMaintain Health & Safety in the workplaceTeamwork and multi-skilled to support all departmentsSupport the Management Team with any other duties Hours and Times; 7:00 am – 19:00 pm Or 19:00 pm – 07:00 am 4 days on ( Working ) 4 days off ( Break ) Pay Rate; €14.00 per hour, after 8 weeks €14.20 per hour Night shift - €14.00 per hour, between hours of 10:00 pm – 06:00 am is €16.10 and after 8 weeks rate is €16.33 between hours of 10:00pm – 06:00 am  Sunday - €16.10 daily hours Please note: this is an immediate start, you must be available straight away and for full time (40 hours and above).
