Our client based in Inishowen is product and tech-focused, operating multiple brands (online and retail) in their market of operation and because of growth and due to their continued increased and busy work load they now have a vacancy for a Qualified Accountant and a Junior Accountant to join their busy finance team . You will be part of a small team in a growing multi-site environment with the experience, security and leadership of an established business that has been in operation for over 40 years.

Overview:

You will have the opportunity to create and reshape accounting and control processes in a highly fast-paced and growing business. You will be working on a new line of business within a well-established business. These roles will involve great responsibility from day 1 and an opportunity to see the immediate impact of your actions on the development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & review of year-end financial statements. Monthly management accounts Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Credit control Bank and Payment Provider Reconciliations Data entry on Accounts packages Payroll processing Cost Analysis VAT Weekly and monthly planning & reports Office Administration

Who are you?

Accountant – fully qualified with 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Junior Accountant – Part Qualified or, an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator A self-starter who is a team player as well as being able to work independently. Integrity and good ability to co-operate with a strong focus on solutions rather than problems. Able to make decisions and work independently. Ability to manage multiple projects, working effectively as part of a team to drive projects and deliverables. An eye for detail, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and information gathering skills. Ability to communicate information and concepts clearly and logically, setting time specific and achievable expectations.

These are hands on roles. These roles are for individuals proactively looking to optimise the improving finance function.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Permanent Role;

These are full-time office-based roles but hybrid applications may be considered.
