Project Quantity Surveyor - M&E Projects - DublinOffice/Project Location: DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office BasedPay: €75K -100K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.Experience: 5+yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is one of Ireland's leading Cost Management & Project Management Consultancies.Due to increased business levels they are expanding their teams.They are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E Project experience to work with clients Key Duties:Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & ClientsPre-contract document preparationAll post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projectsResponsibility for training and development of assistant and Junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structureEstimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to ClientsPreparing Bills of QuantitiesCompiling Contract DocumentationPreparing Cost ReportsPreparing Monthly ValuationsPreparation and Agreement of Final AccountsReview and Resolve Contractual ClaimsAttend Meetings with Clients and Design Team MembersTraining and developmentRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying 5 years of professional experience with proven track record working on M&E Packages with Subcontractors and Clients in relation to Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts and cost reportingComputer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying Packages (Billsoft)Package€75K - €100K Competitive Salary based on experience and qualificationsFull-time permanent staff role with great career prospects
