Senior Project Quantity Surveyor - DublinOffice/Project Location: DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office BasedPay: €80 - 100, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.Experience: 8 +yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy who are currently expanding their business.Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & ClientsPre-contract document preparationAll post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projectsResponsibility for training and development of assistant and junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structureEstimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to ClientsPreparing Bills of QuantitiesCompiling Contract DocumentationPreparing Cost ReportsPreparing Monthly ValuationsPreparation and Agreement of Final AccountsReview and Resolve Contractual ClaimsAttend Meetings with Clients and Design Team MembersTraining and developmentRequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying 8-10 years of professional experience with a proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients in relation to Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts and cost reportingComputer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying Packages (Billsoft)Package€80k - €100K basic salary and negotiable dependent on experienceFull-time permanent staff role with great career prospects
