As they continue to expand and innovate, they are now seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead to lead and optimise the delivery and performance of key platforms within their Global Payments ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Networks, and Database disciplines.Coordinate project and operational workloads with a focus on lean delivery and continuous improvement.Foster a high-performance culture through effective goal-setting, coaching, and performance management.Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering to ensure seamless transition from project build to operational support.Infrastructure & OperationsManage core operational processes including Patch and Vulnerability Management.Lead infrastructure incident responses and post-incident root cause analysis.Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimisation across cloud and hybrid environments.Maintain and test Disaster Recovery plans aligned with RTO/RPO targets for all critical systems.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience in an Infrastructure/Operations leadership role within a fast-paced environment.Strong technical background, ideally with a Computer Science or related third-level qualification.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and organisational ability.Solid experience working in cloud or hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS or similar).Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.Familiarity with PCI compliance and security frameworks in enterprise environments.
