We are URGENTLY seeking motivated A320 Type Rated and Non-Type Rated Captains for Wizz Air Malta

Minimum Requirements:

  • EASA ATPL with valid instrument rating (IR) on any multi-engine class/type
  • EASA Class1 Medical
  • ICAO level 4/5/6 English proficiency 
  • Must have the right to live and work in the EU or Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia

Technical Requirements:

  • Captains - 3,500 total hours on short-haul, long-haul, and/or turbine (multi-crew) jets
    • Date of last commercial flight within the preceding 6 months preferred (not mandatory) 
      • Type Rated Captains - 1,000 PIC hours on Airbus aircraft & 500 hours on A320 
      • Non Type- Rated Captains - 1,000 PIC Hours on Airbus OR 1,500 hours on aircraft with MTOW >50,000 kg AND 1,000 PIC hours on aircraft with MTOW>50,000 kgs
