Reperio has partnered with a leading financial services organisation seeking a Business Analyst to join a fast-paced and success-oriented team.
In this role, you will deliver strategic change initiatives, support transformation projects, and ensure robust, customer-first solutions in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver prioritised change initiatives on the within company's roadmap across multiple internal and external systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and deliver customer-focused solutionsSupport BA functions across parallel projects, coaching other team members where requiredAnalyse business requirements, recommend solutions, and document to required standardsWork closely with project stakeholders on transformational and compliance changes, with a focus on testing cyclesRequirements:
3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in banking sphereStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsExperience in problem-solving and change management across multiple functionsExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skillsExperience formulating and executing Business Acceptance Testing strategiesKnowledge of cards products and processing desirableIf you're interested in this position, apply within the link provided or contact Tom at Reperio
