MEP BIM Technician - RoscommonOffice/Project Location: RoscommonEmployment Type:PermanentWork Location:  Office Based Pay: €45k - €55k per yearExperience: 3+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading Mechanical and electrical engineering contractor working on large scale projects across IrelandWork in BIM and CAD files using Revit and AutoCADWorking on the design and detailing of Mechanical and Electrical services across Data Centre, Pharma, Healthcare, Commercial, and EducationWhen necessary preparing drawings from scratchTaking responsibility for discrete areas of systems co-ordination as delegated by senior engineering staffLiaison with internal team members and external clients re required drawing modifications of drawingsDocument control and filingIf/when required producing or assist in producing CAD briefing documents and sending required information to Manilla office.Filing, opening and checking drawings received from Manila for accuracy making modifications where required.Circulating PDFs for markups.Requirements2+ years' experience in modelling mechanical and electrical systems within a consulting engineering office or building contractorProficient in BIM authoring software. Revit, Navisworks, CAD 3DSound knowledge of REVIT/BIM/ Navisworks which continual professional developmentKnowledge of MS Office word, excel, etcAbility to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet softwareAbility to prioritise own workloadAbility to work to deadlinesBackground in consulting or construction preferred.Good understanding of international working and business operations of a global consultancy.Package€45k - €55k Negotiable depending on the right candidate.
