As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to help them continue with that growth.The successful candidate will be working within the company's property and estates team which oversees the development, planning and strategy for the company's vast array of buildings. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of major project works from inception to completion. These projects will include property refurbishments and new builds. This role will be based in Dublin with hybrid working available and occasional site visits when needed.The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who has good experience managing building refurbishment and construction projects. They will have knowledge of building regulations and planning compliance as well as experience with procurement and stakeholder management.
