We are currently working with a Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Legal Executive to join their team. This position requires a motivated and adaptable self-starter with proven experience of delivering work to tight deadlines and a team player who is also comfortable taking individual ownership of several activities.
Monitor and track requests to the Legal team from receipt through to completion.
Maintain and manage the Legal inbox including logging new queries, allocating responsibility, and tracking response time.
Preparing and amending documents, letters, and emails on behalf of the Group Legal and Client Engagement function.
Assist with the development of a suite of process documents for the Group Legal, Data Protection and Client Engagement Team.
Conduct legal research as required.
Prepare monthly complaint and legal MI reports.

Requirements

Third level Qualification preferred.
Previous secretarial or administrative experience within a legal environment desirable.
A demonstrable interest in legal matters and willingness to complete further education in this area, if required.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI.
Ability to adapt and willingness to work on a variety of matters.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships across the business and willingness to individually challenge collective thinking.
