The client –
Our client is a Top 10 accountancy firm based in Cork. Their clients range from small businesses to large entities with circa €300 million T/O. These include privately owned businesses and subsidiaries of international groups.
Staff are recruited both for their ability and attitude, ensuring a high-quality professional service in line with the firm’s ethos.

Role responsibilities –
Reporting directly to the firm’s Partners, the successful candidate will be tasked with – Planning, control and completion of audit assignments for a varied range of clients. Prepare the key deliverables of an audit including statutory financial statements and management reports. Communicate with and manage client expectations. Supervision of junior audit staff including staff appraisal. Working on ad-hoc assignments from time to time in conjunction with the partners.
About you – You will be ACA/ ACCA Qualified (strong Semi Seniors will also be considered) Have strong attention to detail, strong technical knowledge and an awareness of current issues. Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality audit files. Have excellent interpersonal skills
