Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (full time equivalent). The successful candidates are required to be flexible in both working days and times. Responsibilities: To ensure a high standard of care is always maintained.Communicate effectively with patients and families.Ensure all documentation relating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance with hospital policy.Practice within and support the hospitals values, policies, procedures, guidelines, and new initiatives as directed / introduced by the hospital.
