This role assists in overseeing all aspects of Golf Shop operations.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Advising & serving customers.
  • Processing payments.
  • Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
  • Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
  • Upselling Golf Shop promotions
  • Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • To assist in keeping the Golf shop area clean and tidy at all times.
  • To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing
  • To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
  • To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to use email
  • Good team working skills
  • A friendly and welcoming approach.


Required:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
  • High standards of dress and presentation
  • Fluent level of English and eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Previous retail experience desirable
