The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for building observability frameworks. This role naturally suits a candidate who is a true tech lover and is self-taught in several areas.

The client requires the successful candidate to have availability for meetings in United States time zones on occasion. Due to the nature of this assignment, only candidates based in Ireland with proof of right to work can be considered.

Responsibilities:

Designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborating with software development teams to integrate reliability practices into the software development lifecycle. Monitoring system health, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and implementing preventive measures. Developing and maintaining automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and configuration management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in GO/Golang Proficiency in Strong expertise in Javascript and Terraform Hands-on coding experience is desirable Familiarity with Cypress/Postman/Datadog Happy working in an independent environment where work is not micromanaged
