An exciting opportunity has opened for a Software Test Team Lead to join a growing team working on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical testing skills with a natural ability to lead, mentor, and drive quality across software delivery.
You'll take ownership of test planning, execution, and process improvement while helping to shape testing strategy across a range of projects. If you're ready to take the next step in your QA career and step into a future management role, this could be the perfect move.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of testers through project delivery cyclesDefine, implement, and maintain effective test strategiesOversee both manual and automated test executionCollaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are metEncourage best practices and continuous improvement within the testing processRequirements:
