Reperio has partnered with an established, technology-driven financial services provider with operations across Ireland and mainland Europe. As part of ongoing growth, they are expanding their software engineering division in Sligo and seeking a Senior .NET Developer to play a key role in the delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

You'll be joining a highly experienced and collaborative technical team that values clean code, scalable systems, and best-in-class software architecture.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET (6/7), C#, and Azure.Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture and code review processes.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and secure features.Lead technical decision-making on assigned projects and mentor junior developers.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable code delivery.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of .NET ecosystem updates and promote best practices within the team.

Technical Stack:

C#, .NET 6/7Web API, REST, Entity Framework CoreSQL Server, Azure SQLAzure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure DevOpsGit, CI/CD, Docker (desirable)Agile / Scrum methodology

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience in .NET software development.Strong experience with C#, Web API, and SQL.Proven experience in cloud-based development (Azure preferred).Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.Experience working within regulated environments (finance, insurance, pharma, is an advantage.Ability to mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership.
