One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service official at North Dublin.

Your new role
You will be tasked in greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs. Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required. Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required. Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs.

Customer Service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of sameResilient and hard-working – busy work environmentGood communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a team in a busy branchAn ability to adapt to new technologies, using our digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve
