Position: Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a construction site for one of our valued clients. This role is crucial in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality from initiation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operationsSupervise subcontractors, plant operators, and trades personnelEnforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationsTrack site progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report to the Project ManagerConduct site inductions and regular toolbox talksManage material orders and site logistics effectivelyAddress on-site issues promptly and professionally to prevent project delaysUphold quality standards throughout the duration of the project

Requirements & Experience:

Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within the construction industrySolid experience in groundworks is essentialAdditional experience in any of the following is highly desirable:Bitumen and asphalt worksRoad maintenance and resurfacingPavement construction and repairStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and understand RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
