Associate – Commercial (Mid-Level), Dublin | Hybrid Working
We're working with a fast-growing international law firm in Dublin who are seeking a Commercial Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to high-quality work across commercial contracts, data protection, privacy, and digital regulation, with the opportunity to collaborate on complex cross-border projects.
The role:

Advise on commercial contracts, privacy, IP transactions, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, and cyber matters.Work closely with colleagues across the Dublin office and the wider international network.Coordinate and contribute to cross-border projects.Support business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with solid legal training in a leading law firm, ideally 2/3 years PQE as a minimumExperience drafting contracts and advising on commercial and/or regulatory matters.Exposure to data protection, digital regulation, or technology-related work is a strong advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow your career within an international firm.On offer:
