With continued growth across Europe, they're expanding their in-house software engineering function and investing in new greenfield development.Their culture is collaborative, professional, and engineering-driven - where developers are trusted to make decisions, own their work, and help shape the direction of the products they build.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on Senior Software Developer role focused on building modern, containerised applications using .NET, C#, and cloud technologies.You'll contribute to the full lifecycle - from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation - while working alongside talented engineers and product specialists on new greenfield initiatives.It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, thrives in an agile product environment, and wants to see their ideas make a direct impact.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications using C# / .NET / .NET CoreBuild and maintain containerised applications using Docker (and/or Kubernetes)Deploy and manage solutions in Azure or AWS environmentsWork with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar) to ensure smooth deliveryCollaborate with front-end engineers on Angular / TypeScript-based user interfacesWork closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams in an agile, product-led environmentParticipate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and sprint planningContribute to new greenfield projects focused on scalable, cloud-native servicesMentor other developers and champion best practices across the teamWhat You'll Bring6+ years' (ideally 8+) experience developing software using C# / .NET / .NET CoreStrong experience in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)Proven ability to build containerised solutions using Docker (Kubernetes experience a plus)Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practicesExposure to front-end frameworks (Angular / React / TypeScript) - full-stack mindset preferredBackground in software product environments or SaaS application developmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working across cross-functional teamsExperience contributing to or leading greenfield builds highly desirablePassion for clean code, automation, and continuous improvementWhy JoinStrong Package: €80,000 + 10% bonus + 5% pension + private healthcareHybrid Flexibility: 2 days in Dublin office, 3 days remoteImpact: Play a leading role in new product development and platform modernisationOwnership: Real autonomy and influence over technical direction and implementationEnvironment: Supportive, forward-thinking culture focused on quality engineering practicesHow to ApplyIf you're a seasoned .NET developer who enjoys solving complex problems, building containerised cloud applications, and working on greenfield projects - we'd love to hear from you.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
