Lead a team of talented engineers technically - working collaboratively with UX, PM, QA and other engineers building web applications using modern web technologies Define best practices and help choose technologies to evolve our current tech stack while writing world-class applications Championing best practices such as quality integration and unit testing Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure implementations meet requirements Ensure that all work done by the team is delivered with quality and is appropriately monitored and supported in production Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team. Minimum of 8+ years experience in Java or Kotlin Must have hands on experience with JavaScript/Typescript (We use React) Must have experience at staff/tech lead level, leading large scale technical projects Excellent cross-teammunication skills onplex technical topics Proficient with NoSQL and traditional databases Experience with modern web standards and technologies ( React, Typescript) Proficient in Software Development best practices (Code Quality, UnitTest, BDD) Experience delivering high quality, reliable services to production Experience building android applications with Kotlin is a plus Passionate about building great software Prior experience with distributed systems, enterprise messaging systems or microservices is a plus **This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the Dublin office**
