Job Description:The Opportunity: At Workhuman, we believe great design is at the heart of making work more human. As a Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of employees experience recognition, belonging, and engagement through our platform. You’llcontribute to high visibility design initiatives, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful user research, intuitive design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.You’ll have the opportunity to lead discovery and design work from concept through delivery — transforming insights into beautifully crafted, user-centered experiences. At Workhuman, you’ll:Collaborate with passionate product managers, engineers, and data partners to shape end-to-end experiences.Design for scale — working on complex, global products used by millions of users across industries.Be part of a culture that values experimentation, ethical design, and learning through feedback.Participate in regular design critiques, sprints, and workshops that push creative boundaries.A culture that values accessibility, inclusion, and design ethics — with real support for building experiences that work for everyone.The Skills You Will Bring:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma- you’ll design, prototype, and facilitate workshops using these tools regularly. Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Experience designing accessible digital experiences that deliver inclusive, user-friendly interactions for all users.Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity.Ability to balance scalability with customization — designing experiences that meet broad user needs while incorporating specific client requirements.Deep empathy for users and a curiosity about how design decisions impact behavior and outcomes.AchievementsDemonstrated experience in product design, user experience, or human-centered design.A portfolio showcasing examples of end-to-end design work — from discovery through execution — that demonstrate your process, problem-solving, and visual storytelling.Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines without compromising design quality.A track record of collaboration, influence, and growth within a product or design team environment.Thank you for considering joining our team.
