The Recruitment Consultantwill be required to work in a team environment and be involved in the recruitment of staff for Homecare placements.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The right person for this job will be driven to succeed by demonstrating sensitivity to client requirements and effectively align candidates with those needs. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our candidates.
This role with involve hybrid working so the potential candidate must be based near one of our Servisource offices in Ireland (Dundalk, Dublin, Galway, Cork, Limerick). Must hold a full driver's licence with access to own transport as the role requires travel for community engagements, such as poster drops, recruitment events, college visits and more.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
·Working under the direction of the Team Lead matching candidates to client requirements.
·Cultivating and building relations with candidates by creating open, friendly, and communicative relationships including updating candidates in relation to next steps once onboarding process is complete.
·Sourcing and planning community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities within the community.
·Liaising closely with your Team Lead and Stakeholders during the recruitment process.
·Complying with the recruitment procedure and process, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant to company standards and all mandatory requirements met before placing with client.
·Carrying our in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
·Responsible for uploading candidate application details and related documents onto a customised CRM system.
·Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates.
·Ensuring candidate bank details are securely obtained via our dedicated system and informing our Payroll Team of the new starter.
·Organising the distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms.
·Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives through feedback, ideas, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
·Flag client/customer complaints or non-conformances within required timelines.
·Take ownership of individual quality KPIs and work to meet or exceed targets through daily practices.
·Ensure service delivery meets client expectations by following established service quality checklists or protocols.
·Working closely with the Training Department to improve staff training bookings process and to ensure demand is met for required training courses.
·Assist in system testing and reporting when necessary.
·Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.
·Assist with training in new starters and act as their Buddy during their onboarding experience.
·Performing other duties as directed by Team Lead.
Role Requirements
·Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a previous recruitment capacity
·Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
·Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
·Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
·Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
·Personally motivated with a willingness to undertake new and challenging duties
·Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set out
