Posted bySenior Recruitment ConsultantJoin a leading global custodian bank as a Business Analyst within their critical Network Management function, driving risk,pliance, and operational excellence across aplex international network of subcustodians, nostro banks, and settlement entities.About the Role: You’ll be part of the Risk, Information Products & Control team, deliveringplex global change projects that ensure regulatorypliance and risk mitigation. You will engage with key stakeholders, manage contractual arrangements, support operational transitions, and drive regulatory reporting and KYCpliance. What You’ll Do: Lead delivery ofplex global change initiatives aligned to regulatory and risk requirements Execute and oversee contractual arrangements with providers Establish new membership and participant agreements when needed Support operations in onboarding new securities/cash accounts and asset transitions Manage regulatory KYCpliance and reporting requirements Maintain robust project reporting tools andernance controls What You Bring: Solid understanding of Asset Servicing and global custodian operations, especially settlements, entitlements, nostro, and treasury transactions Extensive business analysis experience in capital markets, financial services, or investment firms Hands-on program delivery skills with strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and benefits realization Excellentmunication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively Proven ability to build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across teams
