Channel Activation Manager– Permanent Position
Location: Co. Kildare (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Reports To: Head of Marketing
CPL Marketing are working with a well-established Retail organisation based in Co. Kildare are seeking a passionate Retail Marketing Manager to lead strategy development and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer with a strong background in omnichannel and marketing, looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. This person will drive the development of channel marketing strategies, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team to achieve KPIs across stockists and online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Channel Marketing strategies to grow sales and market share.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and excellent campaign execution.Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.Requirements:
7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in channel marketing and team management.Strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies.Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.Get in Touch
