Reperio has partnered with a company looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple projects. This permanent, full-time role sits within a modern technology function and offers a great opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact systems in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in Agile delivery, team coaching, and stakeholder engagement - ideally with exposure to Java microservices and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead all Agile ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectivesCoach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practicesFacilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholdersTrack progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown chartsUse tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar to manage work itemsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and learningSupport best practice use of Azure services like Functions and Logic AppsHelp manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps alignmentUse your influence to remove blockers and keep delivery movingRequirements:
5+ years as a Scrum Master or in Agile team leadershipScrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent)Strong grasp of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Experience with Azure DevOps, or similar platforms (. Jira)Excellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong stakeholder management abilitiesReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
