Parttime Administrator Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Dublin Part-time 13/10/ Part-Time Administrator West Dublin Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm (25 hours per week)Location: West Dublin Overview Our client, a well-established company providing innovative technical and service-based solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a varied and busy role, supporting both the service and accounts departments and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and service support to ensure the efficient running of the Service Department. Process and manage all paperwork associated with engineers’ call reports and preventive maintenance scheduling. Reconcile documentation and update the internal database to ensure all outstanding works are closed out efficiently. Assist the accounts team with invoicing and general administration. Maintain and update job records within the service system. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support management. Communicate daily with internal teams and key customer accounts. Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the service and accounts functions. Experience & Skills Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software is an advantage. A team player with a professional and responsible attitude. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
