Skills & Responsibilities
  • 3 years in Web based technology environments & related dependencies between platforms, database, & application levels.
  • Support of real time transaction processing applications
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server product stack; Databases, Integrations Services, and Reporting Services
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.
  • Experience in enterprise incident management practices
  • Working knowledge of application development
  • Networking protocols, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, web servers
  • Experience with Azure Cloud & RunDeck Scheduling System
  • Determine root cause of service degradation & look for indicators of potential issues.
  • Communicate with 3rd parties, partners, & internal teams regarding technical issues.
  • Work with infrastructure & development teams to improve system reliability.
  • Document and refine internal policies and procedures.
