One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Branch Advisor to work within a busy professional located in Kinsale, Cork, as it is a contract role.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, friendly, and engaging service to our customers. You will be a visible and active presence in our branches, delivering a personal customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed
Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needsGuiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if requiredHandling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as requiredEngaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needsIdentifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as requiredCash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day.What you'll get in return
