Job description Clerical Officer| Healthcare | Naas, Co. KildareHeadquartered in Kildare, our client is a well-established services provider with teams dedicated to providing expert client care. They are currently seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer to join their medical administration department on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the department, ensuring an efficient service level is maintained. Key areas of responsibility:Coordinating administrative activities for a very busy medical teamHandling incoming calls and transferring to other sections as appropriateUndertaking general administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasksManaging appointments system and processing referralsData input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databasesMaintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage informationAssist in preparation of data for management reports as requiredGeneral support to business managers as and when requiredHours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week Rate of Pay: €€ per hour Requirements:A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative roleExcellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone mannerExperience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential dataExcellent attention to detail with good analytical skillsIn Return:Weekly payrollParking available on-siteLocated in Naas, Co.
