Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is recruiting an experienced Quality Manager; this is a full-time permanent position. Our client is a well-known nursing home groups with nursing homes located across the country.

The role of the Quality Manager to lead and implement quality and governance initiatives across our homes. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role is based in the Midlands Region – covering homes within this region

Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homesMentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governanceDevelop and implement policies aligned with national standardsOversee safeguarding frameworks and risk managementDeliver training and promote a culture of learning and innovationProvide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse with current NMBI registrationPostgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential)3–5 years' experience in a healthcare quality or compliance roleStrong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred careExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skillsFull Irish driver's license and willingness to travel
