A fantastic 12 month contract opportunity for a well rounded Business Analyst to join our client a major player in the European Insurance sector. You must be fluent French and English, residing in Dublin/hybrid with full authorisation to work in Ireland.Role - ·Participate in the implementation of the insurance claims platform, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration·Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables·Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement·Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories·Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals·Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution·Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. ·Create reporting for various Project committees, Board reports, and Board committee reports to be incorporated in the global programme ·Support UAT during all phases of testing ·Work closely with the Business and Technical Teams during implementation ·Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops, and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specificationsRequirements – ·5 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance sector·Fluency in English and French·Business process optimisation experience ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment·Experience in project management and system development·Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyPlease contact Janet at Cpl for further information
