C&Q Scheduler – Pharmaceuticals – Ireland - Contract Do you want to work with an exciting company who are an established market leader within their niche field? We have a fantastic opportunity for a C&Q Scheduler to work on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland on an initial 12 month contract. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this C&Q Scheduler role include, but are not limited to, the following: Support the project team and stakeholders on managing schedules for a successful project delivery. Coordinate with project team/trades on scope and create detailed/micro schedules to forecast and prioritise near term actions in accordance with the overall plan. Determine reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and/or teams. Evaluate critical and near critical path activity sequences. Coordinate and facilitate review sessions with all stakeholders. Assist in the creation & maintenance of earned value progress measurement for the C&Q project phase. Identify schedule gaps, changes and trends that will enhance the team’s ability to control the project. Resource Load and Level critical schedule phases for realistic timeline analysis. Desirable Experience: Pharma experience essential and Bio-Pharma experience advantageous. An understanding of typical C&Q sequencing and logic. The ability to critique and challenge schedules.
